I LOVE Solaris and can't say enough good things about its staff and the facilities. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and actually care if you make progress. They tailor workouts to your fitness level, modify exercises accordingly if you have limitations due to past injuries, and offer encouragement and sound nutritional advice to help you reach your goals. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and helpful and the gym and locker rooms are always clean and well maintained.
